Inside Catalog Tasks, i am not able to find Source Request button there to create purchase or transfer orders. I have checked UI Actions also, it is active there and displayed on form action menu but still i am not able to find it.

Hi,
OOB I cannot find such UI action
If this is new UI action then please update condition as below
Corrections:
1) update as this current.parent.sys_class_name == 'sc_req_item'
2) please remove !current.parent.sourced as sources is not a field on RITM table

Yes, thank you so much its working now. I thing the class name should be sc_req_item only because i am working on service item request workflow.
