Our organization uses Broadcom's Symantec Management Solution (ITMS) to manage workstations.
It used an agent (installed locally) to perform all kinds of management tasks, like software installation, uninstallation, metering, etc. I have 2 questions, please:
- Where can I learn more about whatever agent ServiceNow uses?
- Does anyone know if ServiceNow's agent can connect to and work with our existing SMP agents?
We don't want to have competing\redundant agents running, taking up workstation memory\resources\etc.
Any guidance\information will be valued and appreciated...
