The Software Lifecycle Product table is empty

Hello,

I have a problem with the Software Lifecycle Product table, this table has no data, even after running the Scheduled Jobs that should populate it, it remains empty.
I noticed that in the Software Product Lifecycle table there are no GA records, could this contribute to the fact that the Software Lifecycle Report is empty?
If so, how can I generate GA records for software that do not have them?

Hi @andrea_m,

correct, the avg. run time is about 5 mins for a standard customer instance.

I would recommend to raise a support case, it's faster instead of troubleshooting the script.
