Hi everyone,
User confirmed that they have already uninstall software but when reconciliation is done, in remediation option, the "License required by" tab is showing those devices that have uninstalled the software.
Checking with SCCM and there is no issue from them.
Is there any issue regarding downgrade rights or bundle?
Please help to advise me on this case and let me know if you need more detail.
Thank you.

Hi @Ph_m B_u,
please check the following:
- SCCM team should check and confirm that the software is no longer available in the SCCM console/db an assigned to the user
- Check that the following two sccm data sources are enabled and configured
- SG-SCCM Removed Software. Ensure the Use last run datetime option is cleared for every run.
- SG-SCCM Removed Software AI. Ensure the Use last run datetime option is cleared for every run.
- Review uninstall process and ensure no evidence is available after uninstall process on the client device (hidden reg-keys, etc.)
As long the data is imported by SCCM into the sw install table it will be assigned to the device and counted during the reconcile.
Best, Dennis
