I would like to know how to check software compliance in SAMPro and how to raise a software complaint. Could you please explain the compliance criteria and the step‑by‑step process to log a software complaint in SAMPro? I want to make the software complaint.

For the remediation unfortunately there is no dedicated video, but it's part of the course and simulator.

To fully understand the SAM and get your hands on a lab environment I would recommend you the following classes in SNU:

- Software Asset Management (SAM) Professional Fundamentals 

- Software Asset Management (SAM) Simulator
