Hello Guru !
We're self-hosted with SAM plugin installed on Utah release.
I have downloaded the SAM library from https://itam.service-now.com/software_asset_content/ and I'm trying to upload it into the instance but it fails all the time.
Checking the application node logs during the upload show:

The file to upload is 1.7GB, I have removed the attachment size restriction...but no way.
Each attempt to upload the file stops around 592MB
Who is using SAM on self-hosted platform? did you have same issue to upload the SAM library?
Br,
Fred

Hello,
I have a case opened since several months with the support but we have the same issue...
Now we have upgraded to Vancouver and it's exactly the same thing, impossible to upload the SAM library.
I guess you're self-hosted?
