Installed the Spoke for Smartsheet in DEV and two scheduled jobs were created.
SAM - Refresh Smartsheet Integration Activity
SAM - Refresh Smartsheet Integration Subscriptions
Installed the Spoke for Smartsheet in TEST and the jobs were missing, Repaired the install and jobs are still missing.
Is there another plugin that I am missing?

Do you have the Software Asset Management - SaaS License Management (com.sn_sam_saas_int) plugin installed?

Yes it is installed
Saas License connections, SaaS License Management Foundations, SaaS License Management are installed

I don't think you're missing any plugins then. You could always export the jobs out of dev and into test.

With alot of the SaaS integrations, one thing I have learned is that what works OK in a ServiceNow lab doesn't always work when applied for a specific customer. it's possible that the set up in Smartsheet may need be analysed.
