Uninstalled software detected to be consuming license

Hi Everyone,

 

User confirmed that they have already uninstall software but when reconciliation is done, in remediation option, the "License required by" tab is showing 6 devices that have uninstalled the software.

 

Upon checking software installation, there is only 1 device installing that sw.

 

Please help to advise me on this case and let me know if you need more detail.

Most probably you need to run certain job to update the remediation data. or check with servicenow support
