update Request and RITM

Hi there!

Here is my catalog item flow that creates 2 records on 2 different tables.

However when we have a catalog item a REQUEST and RITM are also produced.

I need to implement a functionality that will update related requests and RITM when 'Expense Record' status changes to either rejected or approved.

The above solution implemented in the flow does not work.

Based off the condition labels you have in your screenshot it sounds like that is what the flow is doing. Can you share specifically what isn't working? Is the flow not working when it is rejected?
