User allocation import created new user records in ServiceNow

Hi All,

I have imported user allocation via import sets and for the users that are not available in the user table , I was expecting the user allocation to be skipped but instead it created new user records and added the user allocation. I don't think its an expected behavior. Can someone help?

Hello @VennilaP ,

You can make the choice action field on the transform map for the user field as "ignore".
