Hello community,
I want to use ServiceNow / SAM Pro to help me perform internal audits on out software
Is there an easy dashboard or way for me to track or see software /products that have been non compliant over a set period of time ie see a software product /vendor that has been non compliant every month for 3 months consécutive /on the trot ?
the idea is I want to see all the software titles that have not been compliant and from that I have a list of candidates that I can choose from to perform internal audits on :
Or how are you all able to do something similar on your own ServiceNow instances /orgs , or are you able to share any non confidential tracker or methods you use
many thanks in advance

@Fred32 In SAM Pro, you can use the Software Asset Workspace to view the non-compliant software products/models. Under License Usage > Publishers, it will list all Publishers you have, and you can filter it (All, Compliant, Not Compliant) or sort it (A-Z, Z-A, True-up cost, Over-licensed amount, Potential savings). This is based on the reconciliation results (samp_reconciliation_result) which runs every week, or you can run it manually for specific Publisher, Group or Sub-group. This however doesn't show your requirement of 3 months consecutive non-compliant but only shows the result at the time the reconciliation runs (e.g., Note that you may have a Publisher shows as compliant yesterday and shows as non-compliant today, you will then need to investigate further).
I would recommend reviewing the list of non-compliant Publishers and based on risks (audit) and $ value, figure out which ones you should prioritize (and pinned it so you can easily view it). Note that there are a number of reasons why Publishers are showing as Not Compliant in ServiceNow (e.g. SW model not available but discovery shows software as installed, not enough entitlement rights, etc.).
Below sample is my personal view only (I only pinned 3 main Publishers), hope this help!
