When troubleshooting records in the Software Usage table (samp_sw_usage) there is no created, created by, updated, updated by fields. Why would ServiceNow do that?

ServiceNow has a dictionary attribute on this table's collection record called No system fields. Anyone have any guidance why ServiceNow would do that? It makes it nearly impossible to tell where the record came from and when it came into existance.

Is there any way to enable these, iam on tokyo release in our dev and we are still not seeing these fields

Hi Srinivas,
We are in Xanadu release but still we are missing this field data in software usage table. Also we are getting empty values in name and email id field. Kindly help us to fix this issue.
