There is free trial version of Security operations available.

If its there can you please explain step by step procedure.

I agree with @Martin Dewit - have a look at @Maik Skoddow's post.

The two main SecOp apps - Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response - can be installed/trialed for free on sub-production instances and PDIs.
