Service Portal "Order Now" button changes

Hi everyone,

I’ve created a Catalog Item and modified the label of the “Order Now” button to display as “Submit”. When I open the item using the Platform UI, the button correctly shows “Submit”.

However, when I access the same Catalog Item through the Service Portal, the button still displays as “Order Now”.

I’m currently working within an Update Set, and I already followed the suggestion to go to:
Maintain Cart Layouts → Browser widget → Item Ordering Widget → Buttons tab
From there, I unchecked all other buttons and changed the label — but the update only reflects in the UI, not in the Service Portal. ( I have used the Related Items option to apply to the current update set I am currently working).

Is there a specific widget or configuration I should update to ensure the label change is applied in the Service Portal as well?

Thanks in advance!

hi @barbaratosetto ,

Did you tried below

Changing the order now button to Submit on the Service Portal then you can easily do it by making following changes on the catalog item.

Note: this setting  not on the cart layout but at the Catalog item level.
