URGENT: Catalog client script in backend not working

Hello community.

 

I have a variable set for a catalog item. This VS have multiple catalog client scripts.

They are working in portal, but not in backened.

Why?

If something is urgent, it would help if you provide the information that is needed to assist. Without you client script, we don't know why it is or isn't working. The simplest answer would be: you didn't set it to apply on the target record. But since we don't know what you did and/or what it is/isn't doing, that answer could be way of.

Well, I don't know the template for this...when I joined it didn't say how to create this kind of topics.

You still haven't shared how the client script is set. If it's not set to apply to RITM/TASK, it won't work, but we don't know that, because you don't share your config.

Those scripts are working in portal but not in backend.

Things to check

1) is the UI type - ALL

2) some script is breaking in backend and working fine in portal
