Best practice to include images when creating a Knowledge Base document

Is it really ok to paste images from another document when creating a KB article ?
I mean, i usually first upload and attach my images/pictures in the article first and the call them to insert them.
Some people are pasting images and we are a little bit scared to see them all having the same title e,g.: Pasted images, Pasted images, Pasted images
Could that be a bad practice ?

Thanks

Hi @ericxfortie

I don't think it's a bad practice. If you're achieving the desired results quickly, you can continue using it in the same way.

Hi @ericxfortie

Yes, pasting images directly into a Knowledge Base (KB) article in ServiceNow can be considered a bad practice.
