Cab workbench agenda

hello team, 

 

while using cab workbench feature, is it possible to send the cab agenda automatically through ServiceNow to the users who are not   on ServiceNow?

Hi @Manav1 

I don’t think so — you can’t send the agenda outside of ServiceNow.
