Customer survey Notifications: how do we turn off notifications that a survey was completed.

 

Looking at notification preferences, which ones should be turned off, so a assignment group owner or a SRC item owner doesn't get a notification that a survey was completed.

Hi @joemolnar ,

  1. Navigate to System Notification > Email > Notifications.
  2. Open the Survey notification which you don't want to send.
  3. Configure the form to add the Send to event creator check box to the Who will receive section.
    The Send to event creator check box is selected by default.
  4. Clear the Send to event creator check box.
    The system will no longer send auto-notification messages to survey users.
