Do you know where this page is?

I want to add a widget to this screen in Service Portal.

Click an item in "Request Summary" to transition to this screen.

I thought this page was a "Tickets" page, but when I add the widget it doesn't show up on the screen.
I thought there was a problem with the widget, so I tried adding various widgets, but the screen didn't change.

Anyone know this page?
I'm planning to create a widget that retrieves the requested item information. . . .

Hi -  You can add the request summary in that info section itself in this Ticket configurator? If you want in the info page of this "standard ticket configurator" try this, go to Standard ticket configuration ---> select table-0--> click on "info fields" --> and select the option you want to display.

If you want to add one more tab next to "Activity", or "attachment"? -- > in that case you click on Tab configuration and add a new tab.

want to know how to add a new tab, click here

Hi,

Yes, this is ticket page. May be some problem with the widget that it doesn't appear on this page. Have you tried looking for errors in the browser console?

Thank you for answering! It is unknown whether an error has occurred, but the widget tried to place an existing widget such as "simple list". Same thing happened in two instances.

Right-click on the screen and select Inspect. Navigate to the Console tab in the inspect tool and see if there are any errors.

I don't know how to check, but it seems that there is probably no error.

I created a new instance and placed the "simple list" widget, but it didn't show up.
Is this a bug?

The information that I was able to confirm in the verification is as follows, but do you know the cause?
