Extend user criteria

Hi Community,

 

I have extended user criteria and followed all the required steps still the user criteria failing.

What could be the reason for this?

created custom field Related Country on user and user criteria table and both having same column and Label name. and refereeing to core_country table.

Could you please check the "Match all" in your user criteria, then perform a cache.do and test to see if it resolves the issue ?
