We're implementing the HR Case Management and would like to use the Workday Integration to update the User, HR Profile, and Department tables as a start.
After configuring the properties as documented, trying to run any of the functions or execute the Import Schedule, keep getting 'invalid username or password'. We've been able to successfully connect to Workday through SoapUI but, the property 'WSS-Password Type' has to be set to PasswordText. The assumption that this was a SN developed integration should account for the proper security configuration doesn't seem to apply. I ran across a post that mention, " build out the SOAPMessage script include to add the SOAP header" but, that seems like a lot of work for a provide/paid plugin.
I need to get this functioning in a test instance to validate it's functionality and justify paying for the subscription. Appreciate any thought or ideas before I try going the HI ticket route.

With the Fuji release, SN delivered a one-way integration that pulls information from Workday into SN. A few weeks ago at Workday Rising, one customer asked another customer how long it took to get that working and he said, "about 9 minutes."
With the Geneva release, SN plans to delivery a two-way integration with Workday, so employees can also initiate changes to personal informtion without leaving ServiceNow.

Yeah, I took a step back and started over, walking from the Scheduled Job through the Script Includes and found that I was over thinking the Web Services piece and that they already had it worked out. What I found on the Soap Header when I was doing it manually, is already accounted for in their solution.
I have had to modify some of the script includes for xpath mappings but so far I've go the Departments and Locations working as needed. The HR Profile and User table is taking me a bit longer as we have some additional field requirements.
I did see where Geneva will be bi-directional, which would be nice for our overall solution.

I have update new workday End Points urls as Workday released 27 version and run the integration. It is taking more than 24 Hour to run without any error while we are running integration starting from 1 Sep 2016 only.
Also we have seen an other thing that while we ran the integration after updating new endpoint urls so ideally it should picked updated record from workday as SNOW system do but while we checked in the system it shows updated date for all the employee is new i.e. integration run date and we checked that in workday there has not been updated any thing.
Can anyone help us to understand it?

Have you got this working ?
I am try to pull data from workday into service now using SOAP outbound message. But while testing I got the "SOAP-ENV:Client.authenticationError".
Help is appreciated.
