We are trying to report on any Incidents where there is not an Interaction related. This will tell us how many Incidents are being created directly in the system and not via inbound emails in the 'Interaction' application.

Hi Michael,
Here's how you can do that report:
So all incidents based on your criteria where No record in the interaction_related_record table.
Regards.

Hi JP - follow up question, how would you do the reverse?
It says out of all Interactions, Created last month, 297 were Incidents.
But if I then report on Incidents Created Last Month where Contact Type = email, I get 333. I'm trying to find the difference between the 297 and 333 to identify which Incidents, logged as 'Email' do not have an associated Interaction.
If using your recommendation, I add the condition 'Contact Type = Email' I get 0 results, but there should be 5?
Hope that makes sense! Thanks.

Hi Michael,
What I gave you is reporting the number of Incidents that were not created via Interactions.
If you add the contact type criteria, it will show you incidents (from email) that were not created via Interactions.
If you remove the Related list condition, it will report on all incidents (from email).
Regards.
