We have VIP users that are marked with the VIP icon. But, how do I search for these in incidents? I only want to see the incidents for our VIP's??

Above in your screen shot you see VIP before the yellow highlighted portion click on VIP and run your filter as VIP is true as shown in my first screen shot.
Hope this helps.Mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.

OK out of the box the field is labeled "Caller" and looking back at your original screenshot I see you changed that label to "User". So scroll down to User instead.

Hi,
I think as per your screen shot you have the field name as "User", so kindly type User in the filter condition and then select User-->User Fields. Once this has been selected you can select the VIP field and run your filter.
Hope this helps. Mark the answer as correct/helpful based on impact.

Shloke, based on the screenshot Gerry doesn't have List v3 turned on in his instance. I know because there is no picture beside caller. In List v2 you have to choose "Show Related Fields" from the bottom of the condition builder first before you can select a reference field to click into.
