What is use case of same?How user will know what is all about this request . Short description help user to understand and a quick way to get the things done.

Actually short description shows twice on page  and i want to remove field from upside of page. How can i do that i try it from widget in editor also but not works.

Got the point but , again i will recommend, dont change bcz for this widget need to clone and then make changes, which is a techncial debt.
