     Knowledge Management - Is it possible to track changes on articles so Approvers can see what was changed prior to approving the modified article?

i've never seen this ability.  If you are using versioning it gives you the ability to swap between versions but apart from that the approver would need to do a text compare outside of SN.

On the article, you can add "Article body" filter to the Activities:

There used to be something on SN Share that did this which was pretty handy, but I haven't seen it since SN moved to the new Share site.
