OOB SMTP email account is not working?

Hi Experts,

I have tested one inbound email action scenario in my PDI but some OOB Email account (SMTP) was not working when I clicked on the "Test connect" related link it showed below error

How can I fix this issue my in personal developer instance (PDI)

Hi jaspal,

Same thing happen with pop3 its showing error. I could not able to send the email to the instance.

Can you try changing pop3dev to pop3 for Server field.

Did you manage to resolve the pop3 connection issue, as I am facing the same situation at the moment and cannot find any useful information in Internet?

Hi, 

I am not seeing any email accounts in my personal developer instance which comes out of box from servicenow. No records are there.Tried wiping and resetting my instance, still It is same. Any idea on that? Please help.

Can I create it manually or it needs to be configured from servicenow?
