Portal Banner Carousel widget

From what I read/search, there is a "Portal Banner Carousel" widget. We don't have it in our instances. Do you know where or how I can get this widget?

There is a widget called 'Carousel' which would be available by default. Is this what you are after? If not, do you have a screenshot of the 'Portal Banner Carousel' widget or a link where you got the name from?

I am trying the 'Carousel' widget. I would like to be able to embed the AI search in it. The 'Portal Banner Carousel' is documented here: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-servi... 

I don't have a screenshot. It looks like it's part of customer service management.

Hi @Dakker,

As per the link you have shared, I can confirm that in my PDI, activating the plugin UI Components for Customer Portals plugin (sn_ciwf_ui_cmpnt) will install the 'Portal Banner Carousel' widget.

Note that this may require a subscription so take caution.

Thanks. I tried cloning the widget, but it has a syntax error.
