Hello, please let me know if this question should go elsewhere. We have a requirement for one catalog request where the team who handles it will at times need to alter the approval workflow. They are requesting the ability to have a step in the request process, before the approval workflow begins, to see who the approval requests are being sent to and if needed change to someone else.
Example: the base approval goes to submitter's Manager, then 2nd level Manager, then 3rd level Manager and so on until it reaches the top of their Business Unit. There are exceptions to this process, though. In a few instances it only needs to reach Manager then ends.
Ideally they would have a view that shows them per request the exact approvals that will take place with the ability to override it by adding, removing or replacing a step in that approval with another user.
