Remove Task from CAB Agenda

Hi all ...

I am trying to remove tasks (change requests) from a CAB agenda, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that without deleting the change request from the change_request table.

Is there a way to remove the CAB task without deleting the task (change)?

Hi @ScottW136642927 

Open the [cab_agenda_item] table and remove the agenda items for the other change requests.

Once they have been removed, go back to the meeting and Refresh the Agenda Items. These will then add all the missing change requests to that meeting.

But, as change manager, I do not have access to the cab_agenda_item table entries

Generally cab_manager /admin can do the same. Ask your ServiceNow project to give you necessary role, if needed.
