RITM remains in 'Waiting for Approval' even though the Request ist Approved and Closed complete

I have a problem. I have several RITMS that remain in “Waiting for approval” status. The request has already been approved and is in ‘approved’ and “closed complete” status. The corresponding task has also been completed and is in “closed complete” status. However, these RITMS remain open. I don't know how to close them. There are no other approvers listed under “approvers.”

Did you configure the stages in the flow? 

If not refer the below link and configure stages which will solve your issue

Stages have to be specifically set and would not automatically be moved to approved or closed. Verify your Flow designer or Workflow if the stage is set or not in one of the steps.
