I am currently in the process of gathering information and researching possible solutions to meet the following business request:
The solution must work and allow authorized users to have out-of-the-box, configurable templates for defining, creating, and maintaining data for: (including non-mandatory)
- Service Request Management (reactive, preventative and planned) AND
- Location Management AND
- Vendor Management AND
- Contract Management AND
- Asset Management AND
- Reporting and Dashboarding
Are there any possible solutions that can meet all these requirements that someone could point out to me? I am currently looking at Field Service Management plugin and Workplace Service Delivery, so far
