State of Change Request when it fails

I am new to SN, I have a Question, Can anyone let me know what will be the state of Change Request state when it fails?

Hi @deepu805,

With all approval when change request is implementation state and due to the issues the change request is not implemented,  then we can mark it as not successful by filling close code field, and moves review.

The state of the changes would still be closed. When you close it on the Closure information tab you would choose unsuccessful from closed code dropdown.
