Stuck on Lab Instance Lab 3.2.2 Maintain IT Services (Xanadu)

Please forgive me, I don't even know if I'm posting in the correct location. 

 

I'm supposed to click on the Open Record to the right of the problem field, but I can't find it.

This is what my screen looks like. Am I viewing the task correctly? I've been stuck on this and can't figure out how to do the next steps and share the workaround.
