Activity Stream - Auto generated emails are not showing on the activity stream on SOW

Auto generated emails are not showing on the activity stream on SOW, if we look at the same incident in the old UI the emails issued by the system do appear in the activity stream, we have checked the filters and the correct options are selected (tried turning it off & back on again to no avail).

The ironic thing is that this has stopped working following our Vancouver P2 upgrade, this is also affecting Agent Workspace (soon to be deprecated).

 

Has anyone else upgraded to Vancouver recently and using configurable workspace for Incidents and noticed the same behaviour?

I am also having this issue, it seems I need to adjust the Activity Stream filter for Service Operations Workspace to include emails but I cannot locate it. Did you ever get this resolved?
