Hi,
I want to hide the Additional comments and Work notes fields from the RITM form while keeping them visible and functional in the Activity tab.
Users should still be able to add comments and work notes through the Activity tab, but these fields should not appear directly on the RITM form.
I have tried using Client Scripts, UI Policies, Form Design, Form Layout, and Form Builder. However, hiding these fields using these methods also removes them from the Activity tab.
Is there a way to hide these fields only from the RITM form while retaining the ability for users to post comments and work notes through the Activity tab?
