Are there any options to add new Search Action Configurations for the Agent Assist INC table configuration?
Currently it shows Attach and Flag article actions for KB articles.
We have a requirement to customize by adding a new search action "Populate" in order to copy details available in the KB to incident record.
Any suggestions are much appreciated.
