Adding hyper Link in Error message in SOW using business rule

Hi , 

I have a requirement where i need to add one hyperlink in an error message which is coming from a business rule after validations.On clicking the hyperlink it should open in a new workspace tab for creating a rca type problem task.It shouldnt refresh current window while clicking on this link instead It should simply opens a new tab in SOW. How to achieve this?
