Unable to disable Playbook tab for RITM/Task records in Service Operations Workspace

We are trying to remove/hide the Playbook tab from RITM and Task records in Service Operations Workspace (SOW). We identified the OOB sys_ux_screen record named Playbook SNC and attempted to deactivate it, but the Playbook tab is still visible and continues displaying the message “The Playbook Experience app is not installed.” We also tested adding screen conditions for sc_req_item/task records, but the behavior is not working as expected. Please confirm whether there is any OOB property, supported configuration, or recommended approach to disable/hide the Playbook tab for RITM/Task records in SOW.

you will require to create a new Data resource which checks if current record has playbook linked or not

Out of the box I don't see playbook tab on RITM in SOW in PDI

Removing Playbook tab from Agent Workspace for HR Case Management 

 

  • Navigate  to sys_ux_screen list
  • Filter By 
    App Configuration = HR - Configurable Agent Workspace App Config
    AND
    Page Definition = Playbook
  • (a single record will come in search result) Deactivate this record
