Agent Assist not working.

Hi all,

The agent assist panel on my service operation workspace is not working. It is only showing the loading screen.
Please let me know what can be the cause of it as I have checked the table configuration under contextual search and nothing seem to be deactivated there.

I also have two more requirements:
1. I want to remove the knowledge & catalog, pinned Articles, Knowledge Articles and catalog item from the seatch sources once after the loading issue resolves.

2. The instance is domain enabled, I only want to show related information that belongs to the particular task domain.

Please let me know what steps I need to follow to get this done.
