Steps: (ensure you are in correct scope)
-> navigate to this variant "Announcement SNC"
https://instanceName.service-now.com/now/builder/ui/edit/experience/aa881cad73c4301045216238edf6a716/86ade92043076510ae791febb7b8f20e/274aa58953100110b662ddeeff7b12bd
-> remember the system property "glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled" should be present with value as true
-> click on Edit Audiences
-> click on Add Audience
-> Click Open audiences in platform
-> Click "New"
-> then add details like this and click Submit
-> select the newly created Audience
-> then ensure the roles to whom it has to be shown
-> repeat the same for "Upcoming Task SNC" and "Quick link SNC" variant
