As an admin is there a way to view what pages users are using outside of SOW?

My IT group migrated to SOW a few months ago.  We have auto redirection in place to everyone opens and lands in SOW.  I understand you can't do EVERYTHING in SOW but I am trying to see what behind the scenes information I can gather to learn what modules/tables/areas users are still in that is not SOW.

I do plan on sending a survey to my IT group but again, i wanted to see if I can correlate the survey data to what the system shows.

Is there a log/report/something I can do to see this info?

Thanks!

ahoy @saidweintraub,

I am not sure if this is going to give you the answers to your questions but it can definitely get you closer to it...

There is this User Experience Analytics, navigate to "User Insights" which can show you many details abotu the user activities - based on their roles, department, location, etc. Also you can select classic UI, workspace, mobile, ... this can be filtered and played with. Screenshots come from my PDI where there are no relevant data.

On example of Service Portal, you can see retention of users,

The layout has been slightly changed but I remember that you could see an average period of time spent in each part of the portal by users, which gave you an insight of areas where people left shortly after they accessed it so there might be somethign wrong with it. Or you could see where users spent more time, so it could use as a reference or inspiration etc.

Perhaps this cannot tell you exactly what's happening outside of SOW but it can help you in discovering some patterns. It should be available without any plugin installations...
