Automatically make inbox status to 'available' in service operations workspace

Hi,
I want to change the Agent's status to available when agent opens workspace automatically in inbox of service operations workspace instead of manually changing it.

@Anurag Tripathi thanks for the reply, I want to make inbox status to 'Available' when user open the SOW not when he login to the system, any thoughts on this?
