Hi There can someone help me with these kind of scenario maybe some already encountered this and have a solution. As im trying to explore on Workspaces, I notice somethings is off or its just normal behavior on the workspace were in my Service Operations Workspace View I clicked on the List Page of the Service Operations Workspace and it directs me to the lists and works fine that way, But when I impersonate another user and select on the Workspaces > Service Operations Workspace from what i selected on my Service Operations Workspace it was still selected on the user I impersonated.

Hi @win b ,

That is the expected behavior. If the user ends the last session by opening any list view or record and closes the SOW without closing the record, it will reopen from the point where the session was last left when they open it again. Even I noticed the same.

Thanks,

Pradeep

@Pradeep Thipani but it has a landing page right wherein it supposed to land on Home Page of the SOW not on the List Page right? When i see other normal user i created with specified role for SOW sometimes it lands on Home Page and not on List Page

@win b , When ending impersonation, ensure the SOW is kept on the landing page and close the SOW. When you impersonate the same user again, it will automatically open on the landing page, resuming from the last session. If you end last session on List view or record it will bring up same. This is how it will work by OOB.
