Thank you - it appears that our environment does not have the updated Business_Stakeholder role (with all the associated roles). I did the comparison in my PDI and am seeing the difference. Once again thanks a bunch.

Sorry, it is the role called: business_stakeholder
Description on the Role: Use the Business Stakeholder role to provide authorized users to approve, view/read records across the organization and view reports.
It does have: 14 roles within business_stakeholder BUT nothing related to a workspace.
I was just asking if anyone had experience with this because right now if I'm impersonate someone with Business Stakeholder role when they go into SOW they don't see anything. Wanted to know if this is what other have experienced.
