To Customize Color of Progress Bar in UI Builder

We have a requirement to change the progress bar color to yellow in UI Builder. However, yellow is not available as an out-of-the-box style option. Is it possible to apply a custom yellow color to the progress bar using the Style configuration?

For my 78% value I want to show it in yellow color. OOTB in Style option we don't have yellow color. Can we have a custom yellow color as an option under Style for Progress Bar?
