Change from avatar to icon

Hi,

How do I change the user avatar in activity in service operations workspace to show an icon instead?

I want to have the icon like ootb instance.

No, this only works in agent workspace. Just tried it.

This is possible to change in UI builder in the SRP Record page under data.
