Hopefully a quick question.
Is it possible to set a pre-defined field for a new change model but to also have that field editable by the person raising the change record?
For example, I have set the planning field as pre-defined with an agreed roll out plan for a regular patching activity. When I use that model to open a new change record that field is now populated but also locked so I cannot amend it. While we have a pre-defined set of instructions, there may be slight variations so we want that field to still be editable by the person raising the change.
Can I have a pre-defined field like this and still allow it to be edited when raising the change?
