Change the catalog reference in the create request from incident button

Hello,

 

I have created a new service catalog and I want it to display when I select the "Create Request" button on an incident record.

 

How can I change the catalog reference in the "Create request" button in an incident record?

when you click on that OOTB "Create Request" UI action from INC it takes user to Service Catalog and there they can select the Catalog and then catalog item they want.

what do you want?

if you want directly they should navigate to your catalog then check below link

Configure "Create Request" UI action on the Agent Workspace to custom Service Catalog
