Thank you @Sid_Takali but I'm not finding out where to adjust this.  I have looked at the related list called workspace, but it's showing like this on the Agent workspace, not the Security Incident Response Workspace.  That is the one I'm trying to edit.  I would like to edit what is on the default page and control what shows up on the list of related list.  Do you have any information on that?  Or where I can find the information on that.

Please provide instance family version(like utah/vancouver etc) and Service operation workspace version, also if possible provide details if you are using SRP record page or old record page

Based on above i will be narrow down issue and provide a solution, hopefully.

Vancouver instance. I think its the SRP record page not the old one.  (What is SRP?)  We are using OOB Security Incident Response Workspace.  I'm trying to see what this is and how to change it. IF you can tell me or guide me to the correct resource that would be very helpful
