Could someone help me please. What is this area called on the configurable workspace?

Workspace that you are referring is Security Incident Response workspace.
1. Overview, details, ..., Other records are known as record page tabs in UIB terminology
2. Underlying UIB page for this UI is "Security Incident - SRP" (SRP -> Standard record page link)
3. If you want to configure/customize this page, you may follow below
a. Open UI Builder from left navigator, and open "Security Incident Response workspace" workspace
b. Look for page "Security Incident - SRP", and open
c. you may customize this page as per your need (link)
Ex1 - Hide Other Records tab
1. Open Other Record UIB page as shown in screen shots, and mark active false
Ex2 - Reorder Other Records tab
1. Open screen collection record specific to Other Records tab, and under "ux app route" related list, change order of route record (refer screen shots)
